TIMES:
The camp starts at 7:00 am each day .  Be in the classroom trailer behind the main office ready to go at start time.  The camp ends at 3:00 pm every day.

EQUIPMENT:
Bring a jumpsuit (several if have them), gloves, helmet, weights (if you wear them).  A full face helmet is recommended.  If your helmet has velcro please make sure that it is fresh and that it operates properly.  Please also make sure your jumpsuit is in good condition.  Nothing is as frustrating as equipment problems getting in the way of performance.  
Please also bring comfortable shoes - running shoes or tennis shoes are best.   No bare feet or  sandals are allowed in the tunnel.  We will provide the video tape on which to record your tunnel time.
